Foldcard is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). Groovio s. r. o. is the licensor.
Your content
The cards you make and the PDFs you import are yours. They stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud account, as described in the privacy policy. Import only material you have the right to use.
Purchases
Any purchase in Foldcard is made through the App Store and is governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. If Foldcard offers a subscription, its price, period and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
